Starting this February and happening once a month on the 2nd Saturday, until the end of 2025. This event is perfect for 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨 looking to spend quality time together while prioritizing health and happiness.

 

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁: 

Outdoor Fitness Activities: 

Group games and fun fitness challenges are suitable for all ages. Games you can expect to play are grass volleyball, scavenger hunt, canoe race, obstacle race, nearest to the pin and egg race.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆:

•bring your own refillable water bottles (stay hydrated) 

•energy snacks (fruit and/or granola bars)

•family extras for kids, small toys to keep them entertained 

•comfort, blankets for resting between activities. Otherwise, there is the restaurant to buy drinks etc

•personal care, sunscreen (water resistant with a high SPF)

•hair ties or caps, to keep hair out of face during activities 

•environmental friendly insect repellent

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗿:

Participants are required to follow a dress code for the family fun day.

 

To create an awesome atmosphere, family|friends participants are required to come dressed in their themed attire, with wearing matching outfits.

 

Consider family|friend mascots or symbols for an extra touch for fun.

 

Encourage participants to embrace the spirit of the day by coming dressed not only for the activities but also to make the event vibrant and memorable!
